Reflects approval of necessary, progressive adjustment of City water rates covering a 3 year term beginning 2/1/11 with further adjustments on 10/1/2011 and 10/1/2012. Rate adjustments are needed to fund increasing utility operating costs and growing levels of loans and related debt service. |
